Proven via hours of testing and field demo sessions with all manner of hi-fi equipment, Shawline can benefit all systems including those with older components. The Shawline range boasts a dedicated tone arm cable, mini-jack options, HDMI AOC, power cables with multiple connector options, speaker cable and a variety of digital connections.

ShawlineX ARAY analogue cables are fitted with ChorAlloy™plated VEE 3 RCA, DIN, mini-jack or XLR connectors.

Available in 0.5 and 1m lengths with custom lengths/terminations to order.

Why XLPE?

The construction and specification of all Chord Company cables are constantly evolving, allowing us to adapt quickly and take advantage of the latest technology. Insulation materials in particular have made great leaps forward which is why we are moving to XLPE (cross-linked polyethylene) for ShawlineX ARAY.

After a succesful introduction via various Chord Company speaker cables it was logical to share the benefits of XLPE insulation with our interconnects. On the surface this would appear to be a fairly simple undertaking but, like many of these things, it got complicated..

Several versions and much field testing later we are very happy to announce that XLPE will now be incorporated into all Shawline analogue interconnects.
